How to use:

1. New resin pretreatment

Wash thoroughly with deionized water until the water is clear, and the amount of water should be about 2-5 times the volume of resin; Add 4-6 times the amount of resin 1M sodium hydroxide to wash out the residual solvent and impurity ions in the resin, wash with deionized water until the drop pH<9 Add 4-6 times the amount of resin 1M hydrochloric acid to wash out the metal ions, wash with deionized water until the drip pH≈7, the conductivity of the effluent < 20us/cm3, acid, alkali and water use dynamic downstream treatment resin as much as possible, and the flow rate is 0.5-3BV/h according to the actual situation.

2. Suggested usage method

Resin use: 0.8 - 1. 0 times X/g of resin amount or adjust the amount of improved usage based on actual verification results. The used resin should be regenerated by pretreatment method and continue to adjust the use process, and the waste resin should be disinfected as necessary and placed in solid waste for scrapping.

3. Precautions:
(1) The resin contains a certain amount of balanced water, which should be kept moist during storage and transportation to prevent water loss inside the resin pores.

(2) The resin should be stored indoors in a dark room or covered, and the ambient temperature should be 5°C-40°C. When the temperature is below 1 0 °C, salt water should be added appropriately to prevent the moisture in the resin from freezing, and then switch to the desired type before use.

(3) The resin should be pretreated before use, and it should also be pretreated again after long-term storage, and the re-inspection period of the resin is 1 year, mainly to test the changes in the moisture and exchange equivalent of the resin, if it is within the performance index range, the resin still has a purification effect.
