This product is a weakly basic anion exchange resin with primary, medium, tertiary and quaternary amines (-NH2, =NH, ≡N, =N=) made of chlorinated propylene oxide and polyethylene polyamine at high temperature. It shows ion exchange function in acidic, neutral, and even alkaline. It has the characteristics of high total switching capacity and fast switching speed. It is mainly used for stevia decolorization

Notes:
1. The resin is resistant to organic matter pollution, and is easy to elute if organic macromolecules are adsorbed, so the service life is longer.
2. This product contains a certain amount of water and should not be air-dried, should be moistened and stored, if the air-drying phenomenon is found, the water should be replenished in time, and the winter storage should be above zero degrees to prevent freezing affecting the strength.
3. The maximum working temperature of this product is 100°C.
4. This product is an industrial product, not a chemical pure product, if used in the food and pharmaceutical industry should be purified in advance, first wash fully with constant water, wash until the washing water is clear, and then use 4% HCL and 4% NaoH to alternately treat 2-3 times, each time the amount of acid and alkali is about 2 times the volume of the resin, dynamically downstream, a large amount of washed acid and alkali treatment between acid and alkali to make it change, the acid is chlorine type, the alkali is hydroxy type, and the use of transformation shrinkage and expansion, a large amount of water is washed to wash out the impurities, and finally soaked with 95% ethanol 1— 2 times, to dissolve impurities that can be soluble in organic solvents, and then convert to the required form according to the process requirements when used.
5. Resin regeneration: Use the failed resin first soaked in 4% HCL for 2-3 hours, the volume is twice the amount of resin, wash to neutral, and then soak with 4% NaoH for 2-3 hours, wash to neutral, if the resin color is darker, you can soak it in 95% ethanol for 3-4 hours, wash and recycle.
