The product is a type of weakly basic anion exchange resin condensed by propyleneoxide chlorinated and ethylene polyamine under high temperature with primary amine，secondary amine，tertiary，amine and quaternary amine(-NH₂、=NH、≡N、=N=)．It can show its ion exchange function in acid，neutral and even basic environment with characteristics of high total exchange capacity and quick exchange rate and etc．The product is used for removing Cl-SO₂ ion from water and inorganic acid from fine of citric acid，streptomycin，malic acid and amino acid，for distilling organic acid and discoloring，also for recycling copper and silver ion etc．
